APPEAL FOR MONETARY HELP TO CHAGHAR SINGH OF SARTI NEEDING KIDNEY TRANSPLANT UNDER JMERF

It was March 5th and 6 th of March 2021 that I happen to interact and personally visit Mr Chaghar Singh (age 34 Years) of the village Sarti after the jagriti Home launch function. I met the patient along with his well-wishers lead by Raj Kumar Ex-Sarpanch of Sarti to know the state of health of the patient. We found the patient critically ill with renal ailment and needs a kidney transplant with his father as a Donor. The family comes from a low-income group and is registered with the Ayushman Bharat Punjab/India scheme of Govt of India /State. The patient has two small baby children along with a father, mother and wife to support. The patient is at present undergoing treatment in a Private hospital at Jallandhar. I looked into his medical reports and treatment which he urgently requires. The patient and family photos along with the record are attached herewith.

     I believe that we must raise funds for his treatment and post-treatment care so that genuine efforts are made to safe him to help him live a life to support his family.

Let us start the first mission to save Chaghar and his Family. Donation for the Medical relief may be deposited in the jagriti Foundation Bank account Family.

All funds collected would be transferred to his Bank account as early as possible.

 We will try to get him treatment and Kidney Transplant at PGI Chandigarh if possible.

I am leading the Fund Raising exercise and announce a Donation of Rs 10000 Ten Thousand for his Treatment to kickstart the service mission.

Our learned Patron Maninder Singh from Harman Foundation Sydney has also pledged another Rs 15000 for his treatment.
