1. May 2021-Manalika Medical Emergency Relief Project. Jagriti got Miss Manalika from Darban admitted under medical emergency to the best hospital in north India( in PGI) where her treatment was covered in the Central Govt scheme of being free up to 5 lacs. She has been operated upon and her follow up chemotherapy is in progress at PGI. Besides we have also paid her monetary help to the tune of Rs 68000 to support the family to cover up other expenditures as per the needs of the family.

2. July-August 2021-Horticulture Mission in villages Hara, Darban and Sarti
We supplied 790 plants of Mango and Lemon(Neembu) to at least 8 farmers on 8 acres of land, to boost the economic upliftment of the farmers.

3.August 2021-Forest Mission at Chound Mata Mandir Darban
Jagriti planted about 100 flowering or religious value plants at the Mandir site in Darban with Sh SK Punj as Chief Guest.

4.August 2021-Solar Street Lights Project at Village Darban
Order For 5 Solar street Lights placed to PEDA at Chandigarh. Payment made by draft for Rs 51000. These solar lights have been installed in public places in the village. The five-year maintenance part of the project. PEDA has offered Rs 20000 as a subsidy paid by PEDA.

5.Kanyadan scheme under the Social welfare Mission
We sponsored a welfare project in which we gifted Rs 11000 as a marriage gift to a poor family.

6.Sept 2021 onwards- Darban school upgradation phase 1 Project
The foundation of this project was laid on August 18, 2021. We have made arrangements for Rs 3.23 Lakh for this our biggest project ever and we hope to start it soon in the next year 2022-23 due to the non-start of the work by the Sarpanch of the village.

7.December 3,2021-Poor/ Meritorious Students fellowship to University College Niari students
We have approved the 3rd fellowship Project in a row for the year 2021-22 and disbursing Rs 1.09 lakhs to 22 selected students on December 3 rd in the function being presided over by Sh SK Kalia ji IPS, Inspector General of Police, PAP Jallandhar Punjab who even donated Rs 10000 to trust.

8.Annual AGM Feb 12,2022 at University College Nairi:
Our Trust annual AGM was held at the premises of University College with the courtesy of Principal Dr Manhas followed by lunch by Trustee Deepak Maini ji at the famous resort Hunky Dory Niari. Great thanks to both the dignitaries.

9.February 14,2022- Jagriti Home # 2 Darban
Jagriti Foundation has approved and started building up a Second home Project at Darban Village where a one-bedroom Home with a kitchen,
and verandah home was constructed for a poor widow Mrs Sunita Rani family. We completed the project late due to Covid and weather conditions and keys of the Sweet home were handed over in a modest but impressive function held on Feb 14, 2022, presided over by Advisor of Tourism Punjab Mr Shivdular Singh Dhillon Former IAS Officer of great repute. The cost escalated to approx. Rs 2.81 lakhs due to price rise.

10.March 10, 2022-Felicitation cum Award Function at Chandigarh:
It is a matter of pride for the Trust that we got an international award in blood donation for organising a national wise Blood donation camp at Alphenstock World School Dunera held on March 23, 2021, under the aegis of NIFAA karnal. The certificate of World record was granted by the Book of World Records London and Trophies/certificates were handed over to the Trust by The honourable Governor Punjab at Chandigarh on March 10, 2022. Cost –nil
11.March 24, 2022- Handing over of Financial Help Rs 30000 to Balwinder Singh of Dhar Khurd critically injured in a serious road accident:
Our Trust adopted a Critically injured Balwinder Singh as 3rd case under the Medical Emergency Relief Project who earlier met a very serious accident at Chandigarh in Feb 2022. Our Delegation led by Trustee Sharma ji handed over the cheque of Rs 30000 to the family as medical relief fund sanctioned by the Trust at his home in Dhar Khurd.
