Green Mission Project – Buteyaan Da Langar July 2023

Keeping in line with one of aims ” HAR GHAR BUTA” of Jagriti foundation

Buteyaan Da Langar / Distribution of Saplings of Baramasi nimbu , Galgal and Muringa was organised in two villages of Dhar block on 27 Jul 2023 .

The function was very actively participated by the families from these two villages , Staff of Forest division Dhar and local member of Jagriti foundation.

The programs were conducted by sh Narsingh (ex govt school teacher)

The meetings in both the villages were addressed by Principal Dr Manhas nd Col Ashok Thakur, Project director, Green mission . And all present were explained about the importance of tree plantation in view of I’ll effects of climate change being felt by humanity , Uses of the plants being distributed and need to look after these saplings till they are self sustaining.

Each family was given 3-4 saplings ( Galgal , Baramasi nimbu , Muringa , Amla / Bhed)as per the list prepared by our local coordinator s

3-4 saplings were planted by the Project Director : Col Ashok Thakur with help of forest department staff at the venue to explain the procedure .
