The Jagrati Children Memorial Sports Park in Gatla Nurpur, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, witnessed a momentous occasion on November 5, 2024, as Dr. Rajive Bhardwaj, Hon’ble Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) from Kangra-Chamba, attended as the Chief Guest for the closing ceremony of a three-day sports tournament.
Organized by the Kyalu Baba Mandir Committee Gatla Nurpur and supported by the Jagrati Foundation, with sponsorship from Partap World School Pathankot, the event celebrated athletic talent and community spirit.
The tournament concluded on a high note with Dr. Bhardwaj’s inspiring presence and his announcement of plans to allocate MPLAD funds for the development of Jagrati Sports Park.
