SUBJECT: “1st ANNUAL MEET & GREET PROGRAMME” FOR THE YEAR 2021 -22 & AS REGULAR FEATURE.
BACKGROUND OF THE MEET & GREET INTERACTION:

We all know that while working for the society or community we need to go to our community by highlighting our achievements, interacting with the leading figure of the community and Interacting with officers and media.

All organisation including our NGO is always based on the support of the community leaders and need a marketing tool. Keeping with we have devised a new programme titled “Meet & Greet 2021-22.” We plan to make it an annual feature to showcase our activities in which three classes of people would be invited besides our Trust administrators:

 Trustees and our Team members including Patrons/ advisors/ Project Directors
 Media fraternity
 Market leaders/philanthropists/ top elite of the Town
 Officers including our Guest of honour.

Venue & date
We would be meeting on 4 th December 2021 Saturday evening at Mama’s Rasoi, Badhani, Pathankot for dinner.

Tool to be used:
We would use display Posters as a Standee, Digital, Screen display and Press release and would use a short introductory programme for the guests to highlight or achievements and with the request to the community to support our concept of service which is a novel in itself. We may have light music by our local volunteers to smoothen and make the programme lively.

Dignitaries to be shortlisted and Entry will be by invitation:
We would try to have a limited gathering of up to 60 people in all from the Public, officers and media. Efforts would be made to confirm the participation of the officers of eminence as possible.

Fund for the function:
It would be a contributary dinner by the trustees and non-trustee members who would be requested to finance the project on a “No loss No profit basis”. The amount of collection would be conveyed to the worthy members on an approximate basis only.
We can showcase our Trust only with the support and help of all members of the trust.
