PROGRES REPORT-1 RE: MONALIKA TREATMENT PROJECT

With the support and inspiration from honourable members, we steeped to take this project on May 13, 2021.
We may divide it into two parts component for follow up:
First is the Financial Aspect:
Jagriti fixed the target of Rs 1.50 lakh to sponsor the treatment of the patient which is in a critical stage. With your support and blessings of God, we are almost done as have been assured pledges to achieve our target. Following are our learned Sponsorers of the sum required to redeem our commitment.

All donations will be deposited in the Jagriti bank account and we have decided to pay for the treatment of the patient to the hospital directly for proper monitoring of the sum donated.

Second Part Treatment
We immediately contacted the family of the patient and presented Project Report.
The patient was got examined by the most expert neurosurgeon at Pathankot who has recommended her treatment at PGI Chandigarh. Likewise, the family members of the patient got a medical report from the Super Speciality hospital at Taran Tarn where the patient was under treatment who also recommended the treatment only at PGI Chandigarh.
Under the circumstances, the patient needs treatment at PGI for which we are working to help her. We have sought the help and support of our Chief Patron Justice Rajive Bhalla Former Judge of the High court for her treatment and let us pray we can help the family in her crisis moments and preparing a medical status report of the patient as required.
We once again thanks all for helping jagriti in the noble task of saving a Life.
The girl is the most intelligent child of Darban and is the only child of a widow lady who is from the poorest strata of society. The girl is the only hope of a mother.
